1/72 Finished M65 Atomic Annie Firing Mode Dragon Armor #63160 Factory Seal MISB

Description: I should clear some space on my shelves, so I need to part with some of my collection. The Dragon Armor line of finished models is one of the biggest and best collections of detailed and realistic scale military collectibles around. Sometimes you want the joy and pride of building one of these miniature “monuments to the past” by yourself, but sometimes you just want one professionally done or one that you can ship as a gift without worrying it will end up back in pieces. I have found these are a great way to share my love of history with my grandsons. As it turns out, I found some on clearance and stocked up (as I always do). I don’t have many, but I am selling off some of the duplicates. This is an amazing offering of Dragon’s Atomic Annie kit (#7484) that has been precisely built and painstakingly finished in the Firing Mode at the Dragon factory by professional modelers. The technology of the gun was based on the German Krupp K5 gun, better known as the Leopold gun. A pair of these railway guns menaced the beachhead at Anzio and were called “Anzio Annie”. The US captured the gun and developed a truck-transported version after the war. Since the artillery shells could be nuclear armed, the M65 system was also known as “Atomic Annie”. The Neo Dragon Armor line has provided an impressive package including a sturdy box and tailor-made foam inserts to protect the components during handling. There are about a dozen listings for this set on eBay, but as a Top Rated Plus US Seller, I have this in stock and can reliably ship this to you very quickly. Here is what I have found online about this awesome product: Sadly, the Dragon Armor site does not yet have a page for this brand-new item for some reason. Scalemates.com has a page that confirms it is a 2023 release based on the 2014 kit version (#7484) of the Atomic Annie. There are a few links to some reference material in case you want to learn more about the weapon system. Andy Summer Toys gave us a quick (2-minute) video review on YouTube that has no narration, but a musical soundtrack. You get to see the gun setup on a glass tabletop with the trucks nearby. You get a great look at the set, even nestled in their custom foam inserts. This fully finished collectible is in sturdy premium box about 13” x 7.5” x 2.5” that securely cradles each of the three main parts (front and rear trucks and the gun) for you to pull out to display. As you can see from the pictures, the box is in pristine condition and is still sealed with tape strips, so I consider it factory sealed and absolutely gift-ready.
