The book is in fair condition for age. The cover has significant fading and some wear to the edges. There is retention of the gilt spine title. The joints and hinges are intact. The sewn binding is in very good condition. All pages are present and attached. The last printed page of the book has pencil marks and the rear flyleaf is torn. Otherwise, the pages are in very good condition. There is some foxing. There are no other page tears or dog ears. There are 172 numbered pages and the book measures 7 inches by 5 1/4 inches.
