This is the actual 1886 edition of this book and it contains pages in the back that talk about "Talks With Young Men", "The Parabolic Teaching of Christ", and some advertisements for other books. This very rare book is in fair condition. It looks like it has seen many hands! The covers have overall wear including edge wear, bumped corners, staining, wear and rubbing to the spine, and a missing piece of the spine covering along the top of the spine. There is also the remnants of 2 pieces of black tape on the spine. Both covers are still attached but have separated from the spine itself. The inside of the covers has wear including writing and staining. The pages have overall wear including discoloration from age and some pages with line markings. You can see the threads of the binding on some pages. The binding is still in tact and there are no odors to this book. Please email with any questions!
