Description: VERY RARE 1913 HONOLULU HAWAII MID- WINTER PACIFIC CARNIVAL TWO SIDED FOLD OUT POSTCARD. Condition of this item is "Used". Probably the only one left in existence. Printed at the Historical Joseph W. Podmore Building in Honolulu by the Mercantile Printing Co. In Honolulu Hawaii. This postcard depicts famous DUKE Kahanamoku surfing on the front. When folded out it shows a map of Hawaii and the surrounding countries and a large panorama of Waikiki Beach. On the other side is a view of Honolulu from the Punchbowl. This card measures 6"1/10 4" closed and when open is 19 3/4" 6"1/10. There is only one tear, located on the corner. No rips and light fraying on the corner edges. The condition of the panoramas themselves are good. Shipped with Priority Fully Insured. This is from my personal collection. I am from Honolulu originally. I have had the postcard for 15+ years and spent way more than what I am asking to procure it. This Fold out is unusual as it is 3 different images on each side and is an advertising postcard to get people to move to Hawaii.
