Description: This is an original vintage 1919 letter on the letterhead of The Pennsylvania Rail Road Co. Freight Department, signed by A. B. Scott, the District Representative, and stamped with the United States Railroad Administration, Freight Department, Office of District Representative, Woolworth Building in New York, and is sent to Mr. H.C. Starr, A.G.S., Chesapeake & Ohio R. R. of Indiana in Richmond. It is 8" x 10 1/2" and in very nice condition, see the photos.
