Description: This is a lot of one folded system map (1922) and one double-sided page with maps from a World Atlas and Gazetteer (unknown age). ————————————————— The 1922 map is of the following railroads / transportation lines: Illinois Central RailroadThe Yazoo & Mississippi Valley RailroadCentral of Georgia RailwayOcean Steamship Co. of Savannah Folded, it is roughly 11.5 inches by 9.5 inches.Unfolded, it is very roughly 24 inches by 19 inches. CONDITION: This 1922 map has a lot of wear from age, use, handling. There is wrincling to the pages as well as wear along the edges and corners. There is a noticeable place along the horizontal center crease where the paper is separating (a photo of this is included among the listing photos). There is yellowing/discoloration from age, particularly along some of the edges. Please check out all photos as well. The Gazetteer page is roughly 15 inches by 10.25 inches. ————————————————— **** Also included is a World Atlas and Gazetteer page. This is a single page with two sides to the page. Looks as if it was taken out of an old book. The pages in the upper corners are 257 and 258. Page 257 has a map titled “The Grand Trunk Railroad System,” and page 257 has another map titled “The Illinois Central Railroad and Connections”. I am completely uncertain as to the age of this page. CONDITION OF GAZETTEER PAGE: This map page has yellowing and discoloration from age. There is wear to the edges of the page such as small tears. There is some creasing to the paper.
