Description: TOILET SEAT NOT INCLUDED Late 30s original art deco toilet, 100% restored, the tank and bowl were cleaned with acid and polished with carnauba wax, bowl was filled with acid up to the water line and left to sit for 6 days in order to dissolve all mineral deposits inside the "s" trap and clear clogged water jets in order to restore full functionality, the outlet under the toilet was cut flush using diamond cutting tools so that it can be used with the standard 3" closet flange,this toilet will fit 12 inch rough-in dimensions, the mounting nuts and washers are stainless and were powder coated white to achieve a cleaner look, tank and bowl are in really good shape with only minor signs of wear. DIMENSIONS: bowl height: 14.5" without seat, from rear wall to front of bowl at 12" rough: 27", from floor level to top of tank 36" ( adjustable downwards by trimming elbow ) width of tank: 22.5 with lid, 8" deep.
