Description: This vintage Hudson Bay Point blanket is 100% wool. It is bright green with a black stripe. One the side where the label is, there are 4 small black lines. I believe they are called “points” This may be a somewhat rare color as I mostly see the cream with multi-color stripes. It has a gold label with red embroidered lettering indicating Hudson Bay Point Blanket made in England. It is from the 1950s as it was on my double size bed when I was young. It was then cleaned and has been stored since. The blanket measures 72 inches by 60 inches. It is in very condition for the age with no moth holes. There is a very small white spot (see photo, area circled in blue). Part of one edge has some loose threads where the edging stitches are (see photo, area circled in blue). It would make a great blanket to use or perhaps as part of a collection of vintage Hudson Bay Point products. It is time to downsize. I am not a dealer. I have tried to give a good description.
