1953 MA Madame Alexander Alexanderkin Wendy KIN Heavy DOLL in Peach (2455)

Description: This is a difficult to find 1953 - 54 Madame Alexander Kin Wendy Kin Heavier Weight Doll that is Strung (a non-walker). She has Brown Hair and pretty Blue Eyes that open and close as they should. She has a pale complexion, faint brows and a bit of red paint missing from her lips. She has a very soft and sweet look. She is marked ALEX on her back. She can stand well and am able to pose her arms. Her body, arms and legs are in good condition but her arms are light and there are some marks, rubs or discolor and shading variances in random areas. We found a very slight seam separation on her right lower side that we almost missed (photos 13+14). Her right side is fine (photo 15). She is not totally perfect but still a beautiful heavier weight Kin. This rarer Kin wears a really pretty Taffeta Peach Dress that suits her perfectly. Dress has had its tag removed but closes with two sets of square snaps. There is pretty lace on the dress and a tiny bouquet of flowers at the waistline, left side. The dress is in nice, clean condition with some discoloration or shading changes that may have been from displaying her so please keep this in mind. Her added Kin underpants are in nice, clean condition and fit her well. Her more current smooth bottom Tan side-snap shoes with added socks are in good condition with some rubs or marks on them, a little loose, but tie out her outfit really well.
