Hard to believe that PSA gave this card an OC Qualifier. This card is beautiful and perfectly Centered on the back and also on the front side to side. Only slightly Off-Centered Top to Bottom on the front. This card could use a regrade and it likely would not be listed as OC since this 1961 Fleer Set is tough to get centered.
