2 Old Post Cards A Parade, Possibly Germany Sailors Men on Bikes With Wreaths

Description: Here are two old RPPC (Real Photo Post Cards) in black and white of a parade down a wide street. There are men in uniforms on bicycles with wreaths on the front of them. There are men dressed as sailors riding bicycles with boats made around them. Look like row boats around the bicycles. This might be in Germany, there is a sign at the end of the one building white with black lettering, with a magnifying glass it looks like it says Hermann Gras or Gros, but I can't read the word in the second row, I think it begins with a Ma---. Not completely sure, but this is what I think the sign reads. Perhaps someone will recognize this street. The post cards were never written on, they have no stamps, addresses, messages or postmarks on them. There are marks on the photos, and they have the remains of tape on them like they were taped in an album at one time. The back divided lines are faded, and the backs have marks on them.
