This piece was likely from his Red Sox days as Boston team mates Pete Fox and Oscar Judd are also on this card. While Judd is not an easy signature to obtain, Foxx passed in 1966 and Foxx passed in 1967 making them difficult Sox signatures for Boston collectors to get. Amazing piece of history.
