I have graded 2 Jack Hughes, 3 Quinn Hughes, 3 Carter Verhaeghe, 2 Adam Fox and 2 Cale Makar Portraits from the case I purchased, and they all came back 10s. In my experience, 10s are very rare so to have that many of them from one source tells me that there has been minimal handling from the time of manufacturing until I received the case.
