Description: 2023 P WDDR-051 Stage B JEFFERSON NICKEL Multiple error coin. A HUUGE GIANT Beehive ERROR as well as being a very nice newly listed and confirmed Doubled Die Reverse attributed WDDR-051 in "The Wexler Files." There are also die chips all over FIVE on the reverse . This one has doubling on UNITED, EPU and Western top part of Thomas Jefferson's home of Monticello. He also was a horticulturist and kept a diary called "The Garden Book" where he listed the plants, flowers and even insects. Maybe it is revelant to why many of these varieties are named Bee hive errors and exist on Jefferson Nickels, mainly attached to the west side of Monticello. The best photos are copyrite Brian A. Ribar and are being used here with his permission. Description: Class VIII, Tilted Hub DoublingVery nice Class VIII doubling shows on UNITED, E PLURIBUS UNUM and the left top edge of the building. Doubled Dies occur when the conical shaped die blank jostles and snaps back when the single squeeze technique the US Mint uses to minimize doubled die coin varieties malfunctions. 3 available Photos are stock photos. You will receive a Brilliant Uncirculated coin with attributed error in similar condition. Free returns if not satisfied. Check out the other Doubled Dies and Beehive DDRs I have discovered and will be listing! Thanks for looking!
