CONDITION - FAIR COVER/MAPS: The maps are on 2 panels. The cover/front panel is in rough shape, very scuffed, and there is a 2" tear at the bottom (shown in photos). The 2nd panel is in good shape. No writing anywhere. BOOK: There is highlighting on several pages of the module, highlighting text that the DM would normally speak aloud. I have taken photos of ALL pages with highlighting.
