Then I have the item for you. The pink and purple salon chair stands 14 inches tall x 8.25 inches wide. There is a white American Girl strap with hook and loop closure - velkro. The chair does not spin or rock. When you "pump" the foot rest, the chair raises like a real barber chair. Then when it's reached its highest, you pull up on the foot rest and it goes back into place. The base is black rubber so it won't slide. I think this meant to also "stick" to the floor and the handle at the base would either adhere it to the surface or release it. (It doesn't seem to work) This still makes a nice toy or display piece. This chair was part of the American Girl Truly Me accessory set called SALON CHAIR AND WRAP SET, released in 2016. Comes with chair only - all other pieces missing. NOW RETIRED.
