Her body is made of what I believe to be is serge, her head and scarf are taffeta, her dress, I think, is silk and her bows are crepe. I know a little about materials and these are my best guesses. Her eyes are faceted glass beads. With a length of 11 1/4 inches and a width of 3 1/2 inches, it's a quaint addition to any collection, suitable for both adult and child displays. This doll is ready to be treasured by a new caretaker. Her condition is pretty much how I received her, she's a little fragile and has a few little holes and some fraying but it doesn't detract from how amazing she is. I didn't play with her as she was so fragile. She spent most of my ownership on a shelf then in a glass cabinet. I have loved her for almost 60 years but it's time to let her go.
