Description: Antique Brass/Brass Plated Car Horn Selling an antique brass car horn from early the part of the 20th century (educated guess). Item is in very good condition for age. The brass was badly tarnished when first acquired, but with some work it has shined up nicely. Horn has two areas that I have been able to identify notable blemishes. On the arc of the horn there are two small spots where the plating has chipped away and exposed the metal beneath it. Also, the bell has a small space missing on its rim. (please see images). Otherwise, very nice antique collectible item! Approx measurements: 8 .5” x 6.5” x 1.2” Weighs about 6 oz. This is a cute little piece for the auto enthusiast/collector or would make a great holiday season decor item. Please ask any questions prior to purchase and view all images as they are sold as is.
