Description: Antique polished Brass Door Set, Lock, Knobs, Plates, by Corbin " Description This door set was made by P. and F. Corbin around 1895. The design was named "Ceylon", backplates and mortise lock features a multitude of geometrics and flowers on the doorknobs, doorplates, and lock faceplate. The knobs, plates and lock faceplate are original polished Brass. The mortise lock (which can be easily reversed) works well. in general good conditions . Antique Doorplates measure 1 1/2" wide and 5 1/2" tall. Mortise lock faceplate is 7/8" by 5 1/4"; depth of box is 3 1/4" and height is 3 3/4". They have 2 1/2" setback to center of doorknob shaft and keyhole. Doorknobs are 2 1/4" diameter drum style We include the doorknob rod and rod screws. F-10500 Fanciful, Corbin style stem.
