Description: Nice vintage heavy duty Stanley double-walled US Navy Hospital water pitcher. It was presumably used in the Washington DC Naval Hospital, and is engraved with the hospital information. It is approximately 11 inches tall. The pitcher is chromed, and is in good vintage condition with a patina to match. There are a few small dents and dings on the stopper, spout, body, and bottom. The chrome is in fair condition with a very tiny amount of pitting, especially near the bottom where some of the chrome has worn off. There are miscellaneous fine scratches here and there, as expected. (I suspect most of them could be polished out with chrome polish.) This pitcher looks very nice overall, especially for a piece of Naval history that is over 100 years old. It could even be used to dispense liquids today.
