Description: An antique Coalport plate, handpainted by William Cook with panels of birds and fruit, surrounded by turquoise enamelled dots (the occasional one missing). Very much in the style of Sèvres. Some slight darkening of the pink ground towards the rim, mentioned for accuracy. Excellent condition; no chips, cracks or crazing. Gilt and pattern in good order.
