Superb artwork, titled in the print and signed in pencil in the lower margin. Blaney worked in both New England (he was born outside Boston) and Japan (where he lived at the end of his life), and his works are in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, the Smithsonian, and many others. Etching measures 7.25" by 4.25" and comes double matted, under glass, and in a brass frame, total dimensions 12.25" by 9.25". In excellent condition save for faint wear to frame.
