This is in very good condition, it appears to be a swivel lamp, base in center moves, there is an ornate design to the moveable center part, that has a a upturned elephant trunk though almost look like a gargoyle type face. This works, have to twist the switch a few times with fingers and it goes on. The shade is in good condition, no chips or hairlines. Basic ware is patina. The cord underneath gas black tape on it. I think this is the original cord, so I assume it is a Leviton kamo, I looked all over for a signature, but it is marked Leviton on switch. Probably mid century though it could be older if this switch isn't original, but I think it is. Lamp measures 12 1/2 inches, lamp shade 6 1/2. Will be super duper well packed!
