Description: This wonderful little wind up elephant was made by Lindstrom as part of their circus set. They made two different elephants for the set, one wound up (this one) and the other was attached to a circus wagon. The circus wagon wound up and wound push the elephant forward. Looking as if it was pulling the cart. When wound up, this elephant vibrates. The legs are simply attached to the body with a rivet, so as it vibrates it appears to walk around. Great piece with wonderful colors. Wear consistent with age with scratches as seen in photos. We are also selling the elephant with the circus wagon so please check our other auctions.
