GENERAL COMMENTS: Davidson's Shop General Merchandise is an image from Colonial Williamsburg done by the commercial illustrator John Haymson (1902-1980). The print is in excellent vintage condition. It is done in cool tones of blues and purples. This is an open lithographic reprint of the original. It was produced by A.A. Inc. Artist's signature is within the print. The print, under glass, is double matted, and wood framed. There are a few small spots one on the top edge of the mat and in the bottom right corner, other than those the glass, frame and mat are clean. Hanging hardware is wire. There is no back dust cover but are bottom bumper squares to protect walls.
