We are selling this in used, excellent condition. It has minor dings and light finish scratches but looks great! The lacquered finish has some light etching on the the finish showing age. Our research shows this was custom built by Bach in 1997. This unique configuration was later copied and the mass production of the LT1901B "commercial trumpet" was started in 2014 with the 2nd slide reversed projecting toward the bell. Our Service Department has ultrasonically cleaned the internal tubing so it is ready to play!Our local University professor gave it a "test drive" and said it plays great! His intention was to buy it but he is looking for the "perfect horn". His comments were that "this trumpet has an incredible, fiery, resonant tone in the entire low, middle and upper range but is a little thinner about the high E". The finger buttons, top caps and valve stems are numbered on the under side, as shown in the photos. As long as it doesn't get mixed up, the alignment will last a long time with their pad material. According to the previous owner, if new pad material is needed in the future, all the new owner needs to do is contact Bob Reeves Brass Mouthpiece Company and give them the brand and serial number and they have the material needed on file. We have outfitted the trumpet with a new 818H padded Bach Stradivarius Gig Bag. There is no mouthpiece included.
