The Plush Tiger itself has a recommended age of 3+ years old, but on the tag of the Polo shirt it says 5+ (because the buttons are a choking hazard). It's in excellent new without tags condition, with no weird smells or stains, rips or tears. ;) All my plush is cleaned using a high quality anti-allergen and baby-safe grade of antibacterial spray. I believe in doing theright thing so that you and potentially your little ones can enjoy these things without worry. And you can rest assured that your plush isn't cleaned using any harsh chemicals that may have dangerous allergic side effects to you or your loved ones.
