Most of them turn on and “work” to an extent. They either don’t shoot water out or don’t suction. They likely either need a solenoid or motor replaced, or some small part like that. I don’t have any expertise with fixing these so they’re up for grabs. I’m sure they can be patched up with less than $20 in parts. Most of the listed price is to cover shipping.
