Description: This listing is for an antique original Watercolor Painting signed as “by Genoa” or “by Genda”. I believe it to have been painted between 1890 and 1910, based on the style and materials used. It is in nice condition for its age, with nice colors. It depicts a picturesque coastal scene, with nice details in the rocky shore. Farther out to sea some boats meet in an almost foggy morning. A great nautical/ coastal piece. Unfortunately I have not been able to find much of anything about this artist. The design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor. It is in good condition, with no major damage. The matting has some staining, but no major damage to the work itself. See photos for details. Has some minor aging, but it is in nice shape.
