Description: Carl Hibbeler Chicago Skyline Watercolor 1930s Provenance Charles Whacker. The Street Whacker Drive is named after him. Size is 15.5X11.5 inches. Very crisp colors. Scenes of Chicago are very scarce from this time period. Signed lower right. Would look wonderful in a frame.Condition: Has about a .75 inch tear on bottom middle margin (not really noticeable from the rest of the piece), has missing papers on the edges but it appears to have been taken out of a portfolio book that was attached with string or rope, overall in nice condition for its age. Good luck, please check out my other great art and antiques in my eBay store. Thanks!
