Description: Here is the very rare set of the the Charles Starrett and Russell Hayden Movie series from Columbia Pictures from 1941 to 1942. This series starred Starrett and Hayden and features Cliff "Ukulele Ike" Edwards as the comic sidekick. There were 8 films in the series and this set contains the only existing 6 features. This is a very rare series to find. IN 1941 Columbia Pictures teamed their star Charles Starrett with Russell Hayden to add some different aspects to the story lines. They did eight films together from 1941to 1942. Two of those films are on the "lost" westerns film list.This set contains the existing six films in the series. These all come from 16mm film transfers. The set comes in a hardshell case with artwork (as pictured) with 6 discs and titles printed on discs.
