CONDITION: THERE ARE SIX LARGE FIST SIZED LIGHT SPOTS TO THE SKIRTING AS PICTURED AND I PERSONALLY WOULD CONSIDER ADDING A FLOUNCE OF LACE, PERHAPS CHANTILLY TO HIDE THE SPOTS.
