This sketchbook is suitable for dry media ,like oil pastel,color pencil ,gel pen etc. Most of the sketch books tore easily at the rings, bled easily, and loosened rings. Can I trust this product? Yes so far I haven't seen that it comes loose from the ring Is this paper good for colored pencils? The paper quality is good. I used two of these to make a book for my grandchildren when they graduated from high school. The messages were in pen, but, I can see that they would have taken pencils too.
