Each one of these is a numbered edition (some have a certificate inside (051,793/105,000) and some have the number stamped into the lid of the box). Each one is a two-disc set that features rare shorts, cartoons, movies and television series. Each one has a small lobby card reproduction plus a booklet outlining the contents of the discs. Many of the segments feature special introductions by movie critic Leonard Maltin and others. Some have alternate versions.There are lots of special features on these sets...introductions by Walt Disney and others, commentaries, etc.These Special Edition Disney Treasures are listed as REGION 1 (USA) and will only play in Region 1 players, or players that are noted as being Region Free or Multi-Region. Some Players do have a code that can be input in order to change the region code setting. Please check before purchasing. This set TOMORROW LAND - DINEY IN SPACE AND BEYOND presents the colour shorts from 1955 through 1959. This one is in excellent condition and is a great addition to any collection of Disney films and shorts.This one also still has the small outer cardboard strip. This DVD box set has been watched one time. It was purchased brand new some years ago. It is in excellent condition. It is rare and out-of-print. NOTE: This is a REGION 1 (USA) disc, and will play in DVD players in Australia that are certified as being Region Free or Multi-Region capable. It will not play in Australian players that are only able to play Region 4 DVDs. Please note also, that while a specific Region Code is often printed on the back cover, there are times when it is still Region free, even though a specific region is noted. Some companies, WB, Disney, and others) are often region free, while still having a specific region noted. PLEASE make absolutely certain that your player will play Region 1 DVDs before purchasing this item. We are unable to refund if it is found to be unplayable in your player due to Region incompatibility. In regard to SONY DVD players: Please note that the majority of SONY players are locked to a specific region. If purchased in Australia they will probably be locked to Region 4. There are a few of the newer ones that are multi-region, but most are not.Also, many SONY players may not play a specific disc and show a message indicating that "the disc is dirty" - this is not correct and is a known and well-documented fault in many Sony players. Should this happen, please be aware that it is a Player Fault and NOT a disc fault. Under no circumstances should any attempt be made to clean DVDs as this will damage the disc surface, possibly making it unplayable. Please only bid if you are willing to purchase.
