The contoured white pointer ensures easy and accurate reading while the flat glass lens provides durability and scratch resistance. Designed for electronic systems this tachometer counts pulses generated by the ignition system alternator tach signal generator or magnetic pickup sender. It is easily connected to +12VDC Ground and one of the signal sources listed. By setting the switch on the back to the correct position the tachometer accurately measures the number of pulses sent per each engine revolution.
