Description: I am offering for sale this Fine User Antique Stanley Bailey No 3 Type 19, Ca 1948-61 Inv#QU14 Here we have a fine condition Stanley Bailey No 3 Type 19 Ca. 1948-61 smooth plane. This plane is in "as found" in excellent condition and I have only been wiped down. It is now ready to go....The notched cutter reads: Stanley USA. It measures: 7-1/4" x 1-3/4". I always suggest sharpening to get it back to an optimal cutting edge. Stanley is VERTICAL on the lateral adjustment lever. The tote and knob have some stains but no cracks or splits. It has been sitting a workbench for over several decades just waiting to go to work for you.... PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT true-up soles or sharpen cutters, I leave that up to you, the expert...
