Description: Back in the day when we were homeschooling my sons, they had all sorts of fun and learned new skills working with Fischertechnik kits. I discovered this unused set stowed away in our basement closet and I'm offering it along with some parts my son used. (My sons used the parts displayed in the clear plastic case. The parts in the blue box are brand new.) In case you're not familiar with the history of Fischertechnik, they're building sets that were created by Artur Fischer, a German inventor and entrepreneur, in the 1960s. Fischer initially designed these sets as educational tools to teach children about engineering, mechanics, and construction principles in a fun and engaging way. Over the years, Fischertechnik sets have become renowned for their high-quality components and versatility, allowing builders to create a wide range of models, from simple structures to complex machinery. It looks like there are some pretty cool parts in this unused set. Wish I had pulled it out of the closet while my sons were still kids!
