Description: Fluke 83 III Industrial Digital Multimeter - 6000 Counts For Parts Only The meter works great except the resistance range measurement is showing negative value instead of Overload as expected when no leads are connected. This is shown on product pictures. Resistance measurement does seem to work on some ranges but not all. This is why I am selling it as is and for parts only. Comes with a Fluke 87 case but no test leads. Fresh battery installed!
