Description: Up for consideration is a super vintage folk art hand carved and painted wooden bird with an inset glass eye. This bird measures 5.5” long x 4” high. It’s a unique carving is unsigned but there penciled numbers on the back which maybe for use to complete a larger folk art sculpture piece I suspect this may have come off of. It appears to have a broken and missing middle wing. But it’s still a beautiful folk art bird. The piece has a bent nail coming out of back which I used to hang bird. This is a great unique folk art piece that you can repurpose or just hang on wall or set on a shelf. Please pics for more information on condition and measurements.
