Before purchasing a replacement headphone do the following to determine if you have a 1st or 2nd gen headphone set. To find out if you have a 1st or 2nd gen headphone do the followingIf you still have your faulty headphone remove it from the charge case and set aside.Hold the good headphone in the charge case down to ensure it does not loose connection with the charge pins and press and hold the touchpad for 20 seconds.If the led flashes red three times you have a 2nd gen set of headphones. If nothing happens try the method below to confirm you have a 1st gen set. To find out if you have a 1st gen versionConnect the headphone to your device and forget the device in bluetooth settings(skip this step if you only have the left side).Put the headphone back in the case then remove it.If the led light does not pulse or flash rapidly wait until the led light blinks (skip this step if you only have the left side).Tap 4 times on the touch pad while watching the led. If the led blinks red once you have a 1st gen set. It can take a few times for the red light to activate so try tapping 4 times multiple times to confirm. For one accessory per order. Choose part from the menu. Charge case and headphones are tested. All orders include memory foam ear tips, see third or fourth picture. $8 value! (Silicone ear tip orders will include white color memory foam, if you want black color contact me before ordering.) --Charge Cases-- You will receive a 1st gen or 2nd gen charge case, either 1st gen or 2nd gen cases are compatible with 1st gen or 2nd gen headphones. Color of headphones does not need to match the color of the case, any color charge case will work with any color headphones. --Left or Right Headphone-- see above to find if your set is 1st or 2nd gen headphones Speakers are interchangeable with other sets. So if you lost or damaged one speaker you can replace with a speaker from a different set. Color of the headphones also does not matter, you can pair a black color headphone with a white color, or white color with black color. To pair a new speaker follow instructions below. 1st gen model instructions. Remove ear tips to ensure a good connection to the charge case pins.Put both headphones in the charge case.Remove the right headphone. Leave the left in the case. Go to your bluetooth settings and wait for it to pair or pair it if not yet connected.Delete/forget the bluetooth connection and turn off bluetooth.Put the right headphone back in the case then remove it.If the led does not have a pulsing or rapidly blinking light wait for the led light to blink rapidly(about 20 seconds). Tap the touchpad of the headphone four times, the led will turn red. Repeat if it does not turn red.Put the right speaker back in the charge case and wait for the led to turn white.Remove the left speaker and tap four times until the led turns red.Put the left speaker back in the charge case and wait until the led turns white. If it does not turn white remove and reinsert the speaker.Wait a moment then remove both headphones and wait for the led light on the left side to turn off. Connect again to your device. 2nd gen model instructions.Remove ear tips to ensure a good connection to the charge case pins. Put both headphones in the charge case. Remove the right headphone and wait for it to pair or pair if not yet connected.Delete/forget the bluetooth connection and turn off bluetooth.Put the right headphone back in the case.Remove the left headphone.Hold down the right headphone in the case to ensure a good connection with the charge case pins.Press the touchpad for 20 seconds until the led blinks red.Put the left headphone in the case, leave the right in the charge case also.Hold down the left headphone to ensure a good connection with the charge case pins.Press and hold the touchpad for 20 seconds until the led blinks red.Wait a moment then remove both headphones and wait for the led light on the left headphone to turn off.Connect again to your device.
