We will then check the returned goods and make sure they are in resale-able condition. If the packaging is damaged or the seal has been opened or tampered with on the original packaging, we have the right to refuse the returned item or part. We will only grant a full refund on the original value of the goods excluding any postage costs. Where items are sold with free P&P we reserve the right to deduct up to £14.99 postage cost.
