Decorated with an elegant raised scrollwork design around the border, frame is painted gold - tone has muted with age. Please note - there is no hanger or wire on the back. Condition is very nice with no chips, cracks, hairlines, repairs, discoloration or damage - very minor usage wear does not detract - dates to the Victorian era.
