Description: These two wonderful mugs were hand painted in the town of Deruta Italy. The Raffaellesco Design Pattern includes a dragon which was supposed to bring good luck to sailors at the time. The sea creature in the pattern supposedly rescued the sailors trapped at sea. However, today it is commonly believe that having a piece of Raffaellesco in your home brings good luck! The set of two mugs would add Italian charm to your morning coffee! This design is one of the most classic of the Deruta Pottery tradition.
