The absence of raised edges on the body also helps reduce water resistance. I like to use it for bodies on saltwater flies, making ribs on nymphs, and abdomens on emergers. The selection of colors really helps you fine-tune the overall fly design and presentation. Medium is the Perfect size for hook sizes ranging from 8 to 14. Small works for sizes 16 to 20.
