Description: Retired lighted Hawthorne village building from the Norman Rockwell's Christmas Village collection. This village collection captures the spirit of Americana in a Winter/Christmas village setting. This item was manufactured in 2002 and has the sculpture number listed on the base of the building (see photo). This item was part of a subscription offering and is Issue #13 of 38 (product #14-07953-013) from the collection - Santa's List Toys. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity located on top of box (please note that manufacturer return label is no longer valid). It's a beautiful hand-painted sculpture to add to your Christmas/winter village or display standalone. Comes with power cord (with on/off switch) and light bulb located separately inside the Styrofoam box. The bulb clips on to the base of the building. When lit, windows illuminate around the building. The building measures approximately 6" in height, 7" in length and 6" in depth. ADDED BONUS:Receive a set of three discontinued Ashton-Drake Galleries Heirloom Ornaments from The Thomas Kinkade's Old World Santa Ornaments collection.
