All railings, horns and couplers are in place. I have an identical locomotive and they are terrific pullers. Not withstanding the above I do not warrant HO equipment. All items are sold as-is. I package trains very carefully using bubble wrap, or popcorn and/or buffering/newspaper to prevent the item from free floating in the box.
