Best we can tell the product has reached its final example production and what we have now is one of those examples inside the packaging mock-up to show Mattel what the packaging will be like minus artwork. Overall very good condition for what is normally an item that is disposed of, these are great pieces of Mattel Hot Wheels History showing the process of approval. The outer plastic case has some light scratches and the car itself has been given an elevation at the front like it is about to go airborne, whether on purpose or accident we do not know. This piece came from the Mike Strauss Blackwall Collection. There is no COA but the information is given to provide history on this item.
