Description: J.A. Henckels Twinworks Solingen Germany 227 - 10" carving knife. The knife measures 15" long with a 10" stainless steel straight edge blade, wood handle held in place with two small and one large brass pins. The knife is pre-owned and has seen lots of use and the blade will need some work to get it looking good again but there is no damage to the blade. The brass pins do have that green "corrosion" around the edge but the handle is not loose. The handle does have some wear and minor surface cracks but no through cracks, like I stated the knife has seen lots of use but not a lot of care.
