Vintage items are old, which means that they will have more signs of age such as yellowing, fading, ink cracking, loose buttons, etc. This is part of buying old clothes. If you do not want this, do not buy vintage clothing. If a buyer wants to return their item, return shipping is payed buy the buyer unless I have outrageously under-described. I try to over-describe, so this should not happen.
