Description: I am selling a homemade Afghan that is 115" across the bed from side to side and 106" from head of bed to foot of bed approximately. It is hard to measure because it is not totally squared but more like a scalloped rectangle. This has got to be the most gorgeous crocheted oversized king-sized Afghan I have ever seen. The detailing is simply magnificent! The colors of burgundy-wine, country-blue and mauve go together perfectly in the design in large middle area of it . Great big vertical stripes of the burgundy-wine color with splotches of the country-blue & mauve between each stripe. Then if that isn't pretty enough, as it gets out towards the edges, all the way around it is a 5" border of horizontal stripes of color. Then just past that beautiful border is another border all there way around of crocheted lace in the solid color of the burgundy-wine that is another 3". One more even neater thing about it is that the corners at the foot of the bed somehow are made to "V" out like a fan shape for the crowning glory of this masterpiece. My pictures do not do it justice. My king size bed fills up my bedroom so I couldn't stand back to get good photos. To spread it out downstairs, I have a cat and two dogs and did not want it getting hair on it or snagged. IT IS IN MINT CONDITION!!! NO STAINS, TO SNAGS, NO THREAD PULLS.
